Once the pieces are ready, our fabricators or robotic welders begin to join the individual pieces, moving the project closer to completion. Our fabricators are highly skilled, and use state-of-the-art welding equipment to ensure a strong and consistent weld. After the welding is complete, the finished product moves to our Inspection and Quality Control department. Our team of quality assurance experts put the product through a series of tests and checks, using our 6-Axis Faro Arm and CMM equipment to ensure that the finished product is within tolerance. Once the product passes inspection, it moves to our Shipping and Receiving department for shipment to the customer.
